This year, Global Brigades is celebrating the spirit of the season by giving away
Kaplan courses!
How do you get it? Well, it’s easy!
We’re asking members to either submit a short video OR a short (500 word minimum) picture blo
g by Saturday, February 9th at 12:00am EST. Two winners will each receive 1 Kaplan test prep course worth up to $2,200.
- Video submission: Submit a 1 to 3 minute video answering the following question: “How has Global Brigades affected your academic path?” Email the video link to christina@globalbrigades.org. Entries will be judged based on the most amount of “likes” on YouTube.
- Picture blog submission: Submit a short (500 word minimum) blog answering the following question: “How has Global Brigades affected your academic path?”. Please include 5 pictures with your submission. Email your blog article and photos to christina@globalbrigades.org in order to post on the GB blog. Entries will be judged based on the most amount of “likes” on the GB blog.
Eligibility requirements:
- Contest participants must be a member of Global Brigades
- You must submit the link to your Youtube video OR email your picture blog article to Christina Hirsch at christina@globalbrigades.org by Saturday, February 9th at 12:00am EST.
- Voting will remain open for one week after the submission deadline, at which time we will announce the winners on February 16th.
And if you’re not up to entering the competition, you can still receive the benefit of Kaplan’s support of Global Brigades’ members:
- 10% discount off Kaplan test preparation products to all Global Brigades members. Just go to this link to sign up and use the discount code: GRADBRIGADES. For every registrant, Kaplan will donate a generous percentage of the class cost back to Global Brigades to benefit our health and development work. Please note that the discount code is not stackable (in a month where Kaplan has a national promotion, the code may appear to not be working but you are really just receiving a higher discount through Kaplan’s national campaign.
