We recently wrapped up a series of staff trainings with staff members from Ghana, Honduras, Panama, and Nicaragua. Together, we had the chance to further unify ourselves around the vision and mission of sustainably exiting communities. We also spent time preparing for our upcoming Brigade season and discussed how we can continually improve the Brigade experience for volunteers and community members, including everything from logistics and coordinating, to community selection and Research and Evaluation procedures.
