About Grayglobe
Grayglobe is a new innovative fundraising endeavor focused on providing apparel and accessories to grassroots fundraising efforts that support sustainable development initiatives around the globe. All products or product sales directly support our non-profit partners or their volunteers. Individuals can directly support non-profit organizations by purchasing products directly online, or purchasing products from volunteers that sell Grayglobe products to support their volunteer efforts with one of our non-profit partners.

Communications and Marketing Internship DescriptionGrayglobe is looking for a passionate volunteer to lead the marketing and communications of Grayglobe. We’re looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated leader to help generate more awareness about Grayglobe and to find more products/vendors to host on the website. This leader will be the point of contact for all social media, website maintenance, and new products.
Internship Details:
- Volunteer position in the United States
- Ability to work virtually and independently
- Duration of 4-6 months
Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for external communications and marketing
- Continuously maintain Grayglobe website with new content on sustainable development initiatives and new products/vendors (some html experience suggested)
- Develop Grayglobe profiles on any relevant social media platforms and maintain content
- Work with non-profit partners to gather content about donation use to update website and social media platforms
- Find more products/vendors to host on Grayglobe
- Bi-weekly call with leadership team to update and discuss new strategies
Growth Opportunities:
- Assist in developing strategy for new innovative fundraising platform
- Gain experience in social media communications
- Manage relationships with new vendors to host products
- Develop html experience through website maintenance

Sales and Finance Internship Description
Grayglobe is looking for a passionate volunteer to lead the sales and finance of all orders placed on Grayglobe products. We’re looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated leader to be the point of contact for all of our volunteer groups (“affiliates”) that use Grayglobe to purchase bulk and single orders of products for fundraising efforts. This position also entails tracking orders, ensuring fulfillment with our product vendors, and invoicing our vendors for all sales.
Internship Details:
- Volunteer position in the United States
- Ability to work virtually and independently
- Duration of 4-6 months
Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for all sales, for questions and to forward sales to vendors
- Work with volunteer groups (“affiliates”) to process bulk & individual orders and to ensure shipments needed before fundraising events
- Currently, all volunteer groups are affiliated with Global Brigades. On a weekly basis, intern will help upload any raised funds onto volunteer groups’ fundraising pages on www.empowered.org
- Grayglobe receives a kickback from each sale to donate to Global Brigades’ patient referral program.
- On a monthly basis, intern will track orders to invoice vendors for kickbacks and for any funds received from individual orders
- Bi-weekly call with leadership team to update and discuss new strategies

- Gain experience in sales, customer relationships, and working with various vendors
- Manage all sales and learn how to use online sales portal, Zencart
- Opportunity to lead a platform that will benefit developing communities around the globe!
